Children’s Madrasah

Nurturing Young Hearts with Islamic Values

The Maktab aims to instil within young students the basic teachings of Islam. The values of self-discipline, harmony and respect are just a few of the values which the Maktab holds in high esteem.

Pupils are taught by distinguished Ulama who receive regular training in teaching and pedagogy. All of our teachers are DBS checked and the Institute is committed to safeguarding and safer recruitment practices.

The curriculum consists of all the essential aspects that are necessary to allow our students to become principled role models who work towards the betterment of themselves and of society.

We aim to deliver Maktab provision of a high quality curriculum and assessment of pupils. The scheme of work has been structured to reflect contemporary teaching methods while valuing tradition. A rigorous framework for assessment and quality teaching underpins our pupils’ rate of attainment and progress, which allows students, parents and teachers to see where improvements have been made and which areas require further development.
